How We Work

Our Responsibility

The MCL Group (Int) Ltd takes its responsibility to all of its stakeholders extremely seriously. The company’s core values are at the heart of our inclusive culture. As such, we treat all aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the upmost importance. Each division has a dedicated CSR Policy. Each individual policy is regularly reviewed and progress monitored to ensure objectives and targets are achieved each year. We are committed to:

  • Fulfilling our responsibilities to customers, staff and to the wider communities within which we operate.
  • Reducing our impact on the environment through initiatives such as our carbon reduction plan that support the mitigation of climate change.
  • Fund raising for charities

This commitment has led to us achieving certification with BSI (British Standards) across all parts of the UK business. This includes Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environment (BS EN 14001:2008), Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001:2007) as well as Business Continuity (BS EN ISO 22301:2013) and Information Security (BS EN ISO 27001:2013). The Group’s Environmental Policy is underpinned by a constant commitment from the senior management team dedicated to full compliance with environmental legislation, codes of conduct and best practice guidance. Our aim is to go beyond mere compliance and achieve the most environmentally friendly working practice we can.
